If you arrive earlier or depart later, the Izba’s common lounge is always open, you can spend some relaxing time here with a cup of warm coffee or tea. If rooms are available, we would happily provide you with an immediate check-in.
Early check-ins and late check-outs come with an additional charge of 50% of the cost of the night of your reservation.
Registration
The reception is located in the Izba, where you can check in and collect your keys.
When you check out, please return your keys by 12:00 so that we can prepare the room for the next guests.
Don't forget to bring your documents. You will need:
For our Russian guests:
- Your russian passport with the residence registration.
- The birth certificate for children under 14 years of age.
For our visitors from abroad:
- Your passport
- Your visa or residence permit
- Your migration card.
o We will also require your signature for the guest card and scan all of your documents upon arrival.
To pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to the Sberbank payment gateway, where you will be asked to enter your bank card details. (It is recommended to have your card with you in advance). Connection to the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.
If your bank allows you to make a secure online payment, confirmed by a Visa or MasterCard code, you may also need to enter a special password. You can ask your card issuing bank for information on how to obtain passwords.
This site supports 128-bit encryption. Confidentiality of transmitted information is ensured by Sberbank of Russia. The entered information will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law of the Russian Federation. Credit card payments are made in strict compliance with the requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl. payment systems.
Description of payment process:
Payment by bank card is made after you have confirmed your order. You will need to click on the 'Payment by bank card' button, after which you will be redirected to the authentication server page, where you will be asked to enter your bank card details, perform the authorisation and then return to our “Shop” page by clicking on the “Back to shop” button.
After returning back the system will inform you of the result of authorisation. If payment is confirmed, your order will be automatically processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set by you. If your card is not authorised, you can repeat the payment process.
